Mix these invigorating Essential Oils to ease depression and uplift your mood.
4 drops Palmarosa Essential Oil
4 drops Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil
4 drops Orange Essential Oil
3 drops Lime Essential Oil
Mix and pour into a nasal inhaler.
Don’t have a nasal inhaler?
Mix the essential oils and soak up with a cotton ball.
Don’t saturate the cotton ball, you don’t want it to drip.
Stick the cotton ball into an old clean lipstick or lip balm container.
Inhale as needed.
Add a tablespoon of oil (sweet almond, grapeseed or even olive oil)
and rub into shoulder, upper arms.
If you aren’t familiar with essential oils, you should know:
Essential Oils are extracted from the leaves, stem and/or flowers of plants,
they are highly concentrated.
Essential Oils should never be applied directly to your skin, always mix with a “carrier”.
I prefer Sweet Almond Oil or Grapeseed Oil, they absorb quickly and won’t feel greasy but a quality
Olive Oil works well and what most people have available to them in their house.
Citrus Essential Oils (like Orange, Lime and Grapefruit) can be “photosensitive”.
Do not use these essential oils when you plan on being outside in the sun.
Essential Oils can relieve symptoms but should not be substituted for good health care.
Seek medical advice from a professional health care provider if you have questions or concerns.
